This policy covers Nuts & Bolts AI Publisher ("the app"), an internal tool operated by Nuts & Bolts AI. The app has a single user, the owner of the Nuts & Bolts AI channel, and publishes that channel's own videos. It is not offered to the public and does not access any other person's Google account.
Google user data the app accesses
youtube.upload: to upload Nuts & Bolts AI's own videos to its own YouTube channel.youtube: to set the thumbnail, title, description and playlist of those uploaded videos.drive.file: to save release files (the finished video, cover images, a PDF guide) to the owner's Google Drive. This scope only reaches files the app itself created.
How that data is used
Only to publish and organise Nuts & Bolts AI's own content, at the owner's request. The app does not read other people's data, does not use Google data for advertising, and does not sell, rent or share it with anyone. No Google user data is used to train AI or machine-learning models.
Limited Use
Nuts & Bolts AI Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored only on the owner's own computers, in files that are not shared or published. They are never sent to any third party. Video files and metadata are sent only to Google (YouTube and Drive) and to the owner's own self-hosted scheduling server.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept until access is revoked or the tokens are replaced. You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored tokens then stop working and are deleted. To ask for deletion of anything else, email hello@nutsandboltsai.com.
YouTube
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
